Refund & Return Policy

14-Day $1 Trial Period

Your subscription begins with a $1, 14-day trial. During this trial period, you have full access to the TradeSite Ignite system. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged the recurring $297/month subscription fee. The $1 trial charge is also eligible for refund under the 7-day policy below.

7-Day Refund Window

Starting from the date of your first payment (including the $1 trial charge), you have 7 calendar days to request a full refund. This applies to:

• The $1 trial initiation charge
• The first recurring $297/month subscription payment
• Any one-time add-ons purchased at checkout (e.g., Rush My Build)

After the 7-day window, the subscription becomes non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us using one of the methods below and include your name, business name, and the email used at checkout:

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Recurring Subscription Cancellation

After the 7-day refund window, your $297/month subscription is non-refundable for the current billing cycle. However, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

Add-Ons & Upsells

One-time purchases (such as Rush My Build) are eligible for refund within the same 7-day window. Monthly add-on subscriptions (such as the AI Speed-to-Lead System, Extra Content Pack, or Missed-Call Text-Back) follow the same cancellation terms as the main subscription — cancel anytime, non-refundable for the current cycle, access retained until period end.

Third-Party Ad Spend

Ad spend for Meta & Google campaigns is billed separately and directly by the ad platforms. This spend is not processed by TradeSite Ignite or The Lead Venture and is therefore not eligible for refund through us. Any ad platform charges are subject to the respective platform's own billing and refund policies.
